1. What is a Christian Screensaver program?
   Play our Christian Screensaver Shows on your TV or PC!  Our Christian Screensaver programs are just like any other screensaver program but more advanced.  The difference is in the quality of our photos and messages and that you can run them on your TV and DVD player too.  Our Christian Screensavers help to inspire you; to encourage and uplift Christians in their walk with God and to be a blessing to others.

2. What type of Christian Screensavers do you have?
   We offer screensavers in various formats.  Our CD version is for PC's running Windows (not Macs at this time).  And our DVD versions are great as they run on almost every DVD player (not tested on Macs at this time).  For older computers we recommend you get the "CD for PCs" Christian Screensaver program.  For home DVD players and your TV, we recommend our DVD version screensavers.
   
   We have DVD versions optimized to run on your PC (with a DVD player and software) or your home DVD player that look great on both your TV and even your high-definition screen.  We also have DVD versions that run on European and Asian players.  Supports DVD HQ, LP, SLP, SP formats.  We also offer customized formats that supports VCD, SVCD, XVCD, XSVCD and CVD video.

3. Are your Christian Screensavers free?
   While our emphasis is to offer quality, and low-cost, Christian Screensaver type programs, we do charge a small fee to cover the cost of duplication and improving and making more Christian screensavers.  However, our newly released "Inspirational" CD for PCs is only $6.95, and this is a true bargain!  And for each CD or DVD that you purchase, we donate a portion of our sales to the Red Cross, ADRA and other outreach ministries.

4. How do I purchase one of your Christian Screensavers?
   You can securely order any of our Christian Screensaver programs from our website and we accept all major credit cards.  You may also mail to us a personal check or International Money Order.  Just click on the 'Order Here' button to get your copy.  We process and ship out your order the next business day via First Class mail.

    

5. Can I download any of your Christian Screensavers?
   Yes, if you have a DSL or Cable Modem high-speed connection, you can download a copy of our program and save on a shipping charge.  Our downloadable Christian Screensaver programs are considered "trial ware" which means that they are fully functional but will run only 15 days and then you must purchase a registration key which is then emailed to you promptly after you have paid.  We include information on how to securely purchase a registration key.

6. Do any of your screensavers have ads or spyware on them?
   Absolutely not.  Our Christian Screensavers on CD or DVD are checked to have NO viruses, adware or any secret spyware programs on them.  We guarantee this.  Please make sure you get your screensaver directly from us.  On some of the photos we do have website addresses to other valuable ministries we feel you might like to visit.  And with our Custom Screensavers we offer ministries to have their logo on our main splash page.

7. How do I install your Christian Screensaver program?
   It's very easy to install and use our screensaver programs.  Our DVD programs start immediately after you insert the DVD into your player.  And our CD versions are also very easy to install and run.  They also include a menu that will display.  To un-install the programs are also very easy.   We also include a printed "Tips Guide" with your CD or DVD order to highlight some of the options available with your screensaver.

8. Are there any computer system requirements I should know about?
   To run our PC CD Christian Screensaver programs you will need a PC that can play a CD-ROM disc.  Generally any Windows 95/98/Me/NT4/2000/XP computer system that has a CD-ROM player and software that runs your player will work.  Our DVD screensaver programs run entirely off the DVD itself and do require that your Windows PCs should be at least a computer with something around a 1 GHz processor with 256 MB of RAM and 32 MB of video RAM.

    

9. Can I make copies of your screensavers and sell them to others?
   The short answer, no.  Making copies except for a single backup copy is illegal.  In addition, we have licensing agreements with other vendors that strongly enforce copyright infringement.  We sell Christian themed screensavers where our profits go back into helping other outreach and community ministries, so let's not cheat here.  Our prices are low-cost and our quality excellent!  NOTE: We do offer "Custom Screensavers" where we can make for your ministry its own screensaver program.  Please contact us for more information.

10. How do I adjust the settings of my screensaver program?
    Our DVD Christian Screensaver programs are all self-contained and work immediately when you insert your DVD into your player.  For our CD for PCs screensaver version, you can adjust your settings by going to your 'Control Panel' and clicking on your 'Display' icon followed by clicking on your 'Screensaver' button.  You can adjust many settings from there to best suit how you want your screensaver to run.  For Windows XP users, click: START > CONTROL PANEL > DISPLAY > SCREENSAVER then adjust your settings.

11. Do you really give proceeds to help support other ministries?
    Yes.  Some of our proceeds of each sale go to the Red Cross, ADRA (Adventist Disaster Relief Agency) and other outreach ministries.  Our mission emphasis is to pass along our blessings to others who have done so much to help so many.  And for each CD or DVD that you purchase, we will donate $1.00 per sale to ministries mentioned above.

12. What are "Custom Screensavers" and how can they help me?
    Our "Custom Screensaver" programs are Christian screensavers that include your photos, or ours, and promotion of your ministry (i.e., website address, telephone, etc.) or Christian business.  We create a master for you, including everything, plus we design a creative CD/DVD label.  In addition, your ministry, or business, logo is presented on the starting splash page and subtly on additional photos. 
    
    Our Custom Screensavers are great to pass-out at church gatherings, concerts, seminars and any place Christians get together.  More importantly, they are "very" affordable.  Write to us on our "Contact Us" page and we will provide you with more information and cost.

How do I enter my "Registration" number into my screensaver?
After you receive your 'registration' number in email (for Downloaded copies of our screensavers only), follow these steps:
(1) Click your START button.
(2) Click on your CONTROL PANEL button.
(3) Click on your DISPLAY icon.
(4) Click on your SCREENSAVER tab.
(5) Click on the SETTINGS button.
(6) Then click on the REGISTER button and type in your Registration number.
(7) DONE!
